Hello,
Thanks for trusting Healthcaremagic!
I have gone through your query and I can understand your concerns.

Oral ulcer(canker sore) is quite common and they are generally harmless in most of the cases.
I suggest you to consult a general practitioner and get the following things done:-
(1)- Do a complete blood count to rule out anemia. Anemia is acommon cause for oral ulcers and in that case she needs iron and folic acid supplements.
(2)- Vitamin deficiency is the other common cause for oral ulcers, vitaminB complex can be tried for two weeks. Also try to include more fruits and vegetables in her diet,
(3)- Stress and anxiety can precipitate oral ulcers,so ttry to avoid unwanted stress and anxiety.
(4)-Use chlorhexidine mouthwash or lignocaine containing mouthwash which might help to reduce the pain.
(5)- You can also try oral steroid creams containing triamcinolone which is very effective to heal mouth ulcers.
Most of the cases heal with these conservative measures. If she has repeated history of ulcers get an ANA profile done to rule out autoimmune disorders which present with similar symptoms.

Hope I have answered your query.
Regards.
